91 Swimming Program

Our College offers a range of opportunities for young people with a passion for swimming, including competing in the ACS Swimming Championships (College), Swimming Club (State/National) and Swimming Lessons.

Swim School and Swimming Lessons

91 Swim School is staffed by highly qualified professionals with experience at national and international level. We offer swimming lessons for swimmers from 3 years of age Water Awareness to Squad level. Focusing on stroke development and survival skills, our program is offered to swimmers over the age of three and aims to assist them in the development of their aquatic skills.

New swimming students should contact the Swimming Office on 9909 9454 to organise a swimming assessment to determine their?swim level.

A wide range of aquatics programs including adult fitness sessions is?also available.?Our Swim School is open to the members of the wider community, with priority bookings for St Leonards families.

ACS Swimming

91 competes in the SYDSA (Years 3 to 6), for years 7 – 12 our premier competition ACS Championships.

Our swimmers train all year round early mornings before school and after school, swimmers are placed into squads which are determined by their age and ability.

In addition, 91 students are provided with opportunities to compete in other various swimming competitions including the Victorian All Schools Relay Competition and the Bath Isaac Shield Swimming Competition.

St Leonards Swimming Club

A?wealth of opportunities to represent the College and/or 91 Swimming Club in external swim meets is open to those who commit themselves to competitive swim training with their coach.

St Leonards Swimming Club is affiliated with Swimming Victoria and recognised by Swimming Australia. As a result, members will compete and represent St Leonards Swimming Club at local, state, and national levels.

Whilst the key benefits of membership relate to the development of our swimmers and their competition performance, other benefits also exist for younger swimmers and family members including team gear, access to special events, and invitations to social occasions.
