91凤鸣鸟唱 is an open-entry, co-educational College offering outstanding education opportunities from Early Learning to Year 12.

Position Purpose

We seek a passionate and appropriately qualified teacher of Science, teaching a variety of classes from years 5 to 12. A Chemistry specialist would be highly regarded.

Early career teachers would certainly be considered.

The College offers both Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).

Position Status

This is a fixed term full-time position, commencing at the start of the 2025 school year, Monday 24 January, the new staff induction day and ending Friday 4 April 2025. This role is covering a staff member on long service leave.

The classes to be covered include:

• Yr 11 VCE Chemistry
• Yr 10 Science
• 2 x Yr 7 Science.

Full time teaching staff are expected to undertake a mentor role which, depending on the year level, attracts an allowance.

An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
3. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
