91·ïÃùÄñ³ª’s 6×20 Screening Plant features a 6×20 ft three-deck, triple-shaft screen in a complete screen plant system. Its integrated 45-inch feed conveyor remains on for transport and eliminates the need for a separate feed conveyor. Simply add radial stacking conveyors for stockpile capabilities.

The 6×20 Screening Plant produces up to four cubical spec products simultaneously, three with absolute sizing—or it can return the oversized product for further reduction.

The Screening Plant’s top- and middle-deck discharge chutes can be mounted to discharge material from either side of the plant, while its bottom-deck cross conveyor can be mounted to discharge material from either side as well. Additionally, the fines conveyor feeds onto a cross conveyor that can be mounted to discharge material from either side.

As a self-contained unit, the 6×20 Screening Plant can function using controls built into 91·ïÃùÄñ³ª’s primary crusher for system integration or with an optional, independent control system for standalone operation and easy integration into custom systems.

91·ïÃùÄñ³ª’s screening plants like the 6×20 can be combined with portable or skid-mounted UltraMax impactors and jaw plants in a number of configurations for a wide variety of systems, from small portable impactors and screens to high-volume, multi-product systems—in order to meet all your processing needs.
