The 91·ïÃùÄñ³ª UltraMax® 1600-CCS is a closed circuit portable crushing and screening plant that features the UltraMax 69 impactor, Team Eagle’s largest impactor and a mammoth in the industry, for producing your highest volume multiple spec product crushing jobs.

Due to its portable design, the UltraMax 1600-CCS is engineered to replace very large, complex crusher and screening systems for a much lower initial investment. Its maintenance, fuel, and transportation costs are also greatly reduced.

The entire plant includes the 91·ïÃùÄñ³ª UltraMax 1600-69 OC portable impactor plant, a side-discharge conveyor with a vibrating pan feeder, a 6×20 screening plant with an integrated feed conveyor, a return conveyor with a cleated belt, and three radial stacking conveyors. This system can also be configured with our new 8×20 screening plant for greater screening efficiency.

The UltraMax 1600-CCS produces three cubicle spec products simultaneously and returns oversized product from the screening plant to the impactor for further reduction. A second screening plant can be added for even higher production of cubicle spec products.

This powerful plant features a standard grizzly bypass chute, and a cross-belt conveyor with a flop gate is available to allow for either removal of the material that passes through the grizzly deck for stockpiling or for blending back with the crushed material.

Its side-discharge conveyor features a vibrating pan feeder, a receiving hopper with replaceable liners, and full-length skirtboards are available. The side-discharge conveyor is available in a road-portable version, and an optional inline electromagnet can be installed for even more control over production.

The UltraMax 1600-CCS is designed for all-electric power, and its electric control panels that operate the crusher and auxiliary equipment of the 1600-69 OC plant and screening plant are freestanding, providing versatile location opportunities.

Additional features of the UltraMax 1600-CCS include:

• A hydraulic lift and leveling system that enables quick setup and teardown by utilizing hydraulic run-on legs

• Feeder speed management for complete control of the flow of material into the impactor with the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)

• An included wireless remote control for the feeder shutdown and all motor stop

• The industry’s only lifetime rotor warranty (North America only) on its solid-steel, three-bar, sculptured rotor—the industry’s heaviest—to keep you up and crushing
